WHO ARE WE?

A professional Assisted Stretch Therapy and Bespoke Mobility Training Service in Exeter, Devon, helping people improve flexibility, reduce muscle tightness, and move more comfortably in everyday life. Your body will be guided and supported through safe, effective stretches and mobility exercises, that are difficult to achieve alone. Each session is fully personalised, whether your goal is pain relief, improved mobility, postural support, injury recovery, or enhanced performance for sport and exercise.

Working from two convenient central Exeter locations - either in Southernhay or across the river near The Quay, this makes us easy to access whether you live in the city or surrounding areas. Home visits are also available on request (t&c's apply).

Our approach is calm, professional, and results-focused, with an emphasis on reducing tension, improving range of motion, and supporting long-term wellbeing. The overall aim is to help your body move better, feel looser, and support a healthier, more comfortable lifestyle — without forcing or pain.

ABOUT ME

I’m Rebecca, a Personal Trainer and Assisted Stretch Therapist with over 15 years in the Health and Fitness industry. Movement has always been at the centre of my life, both professionally and personally.

I spent my twenties snowboarding around the world, an experience that taught me first-hand how the body adapts, compensates, and recovers under physical demand. Alongside this, I’ve had a long love affair with performance and road cycling, giving me a deep appreciation for endurance, strength, and the importance of looking after your body beyond just training hard.

For over a decade, I trained clients and taught classes in some of London’s top health clubs and boutique studios before making the move to Devon to embrace a slower, more balanced way of life.

I specialise in core strength, mobility, and stretch therapy. My work focuses on helping people move better, feel more open in their bodies, and reconnect with how movement is meant to feel. Using a blend of science, precision, and care, I retrain the body’s neuromuscular system - teaching muscles to relax, lengthen, and move with ease. Whether you’re an athlete, an active individual, or simply feeling stiff and restricted, my goal is to support you in feeling stronger, freer, and more at home in your body.
