FAQ

What is Stretch HQ?

Stretch HQ was created to bridge the gap between flexibility, recovery, and everyday functional movement.

Our mission is simple: help you move pain-free, feel stronger, and live more freely through professional 1 on 1 assisted stretching and bespoke mobility training.  Please see the ABOUT page for more information.

Where is Stretch HQ?

You can book an appointment with Rebecca at Stretch HQ, and see her in 2 central Exeter locations, either Lloyds Gym or The Cove. Both locations are available on appointment only and home visits are also an option on special request. Please see the CONTACT page for more information.

Who should get stretched?

Assisted Stretching is for everyone, from everyday movers to elite athletes, no matter what your lifestyle or background.

Please note for safety reasons, we are unable to stretch you, if you are:

  • pregnant

  • have had surgery within the past 12 months

  • do not have medical clearance to resume normal physical activity

  • have existing muscular injuries or tears

  • have been diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis (DVT)

  • are under 18 years of age

Do I need to be flexible to try assisted stretching?

Not at all! Assisted Stretching is especially helpful if you feel inflexible. The goal is to meet your body where it is and gradually improve mobility over time - no experience required.

What if I am running late for my appointment?

If you are running late, please text or DM me immediately. Your session will still end at the original time to respect other clients’ bookings.

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

I completely understand that life happens - but as a single-therapist business, every appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

To respect both your time and mine, please review the following:

  • cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for full refund or reschedule with no penalty.

  • cancellations made within 12–24 hours are eligible for 50% refund or 50% credit toward a future session.

  • cancellations made less than 12 hours before or no-shows are non-refundable due to the inability to fill your spot on short notice.

If an emergency or unavoidable circumstance occurs (accident, illness, etc.), please reach out to me directly. I value understanding and will review these situations individually.

Thank you for respecting my time and helping me maintain fairness for all clients.
