Our Bespoke Mobility and Exercise Rehabilitation sessions are designed to address your specific movement limitations, imbalances, and recovery needs while supporting your fitness goals or training for an upcoming event.
Following a detailed movement and mobility assessment, we will create a personalised session focused on improving joint function, strength, stability, and overall movement quality.
You will be guided through targeted mobility drills and corrective exercises tailored to your body, sport, or activity - whether you’re improving performance and need some guidance, recovering from injury, managing chronic tightness, or preparing for a race, competition, or event.
To support long-term results, you’ll be prescribed a customised take-home routine, giving you the tools to continue improving mobility, reinforce proper movement patterns, and stay consistent with your training between sessions.
